By accessing and using GFX Transit services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

GFX Transit provides international parcel and freight transport services, including:

• National and international express transport
• Real-time parcel tracking
• Customs clearance management
• Cargo insurance
• Door-to-door delivery

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about goods
• Comply with applicable shipping regulations
• Not ship prohibited or dangerous goods without authorization
• Ensure packaging is suitable for transport
• Pay fees corresponding to requested services

Our service rates are calculated based on weight, volume, destination and chosen transport mode. Payments are due immediately after order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery times indicated are estimates. GFX Transit strives to meet these deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control (weather conditions, strikes, customs formalities, etc.).

GFX Transit provides its services with diligence and professionalism. GFX Transit's liability is limited to the declared value of goods. For high-value goods, additional insurance is recommended.

• GFX Transit is not liable for indirect damages
• Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery
• In case of loss, compensation is limited to the amount of insurance taken out

The user is responsible for the accuracy of documents provided for customs clearance. GFX Transit acts as an agent for customs formalities. Customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient, unless otherwise agreed.

GFX Transit processes your personal data in compliance with GDPR. Your information is used only for managing your shipments and is not shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.

GFX Transit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications become effective upon publication on our website. We invite you to regularly check this page.
